About the event

Each week we'll focus in on 1-2 of our energy centers and work intentionally to open, clear, and restore balance within, learning about what these spaces hold within us as we go. 

This series runs on Saturday's from 10:00-11:15am.

4/6: The Throat & Solar Plexus Energy Centers 

4/27: The 3rd Eye & Sacral Energy Centers

5/4: The Crown & Root Energy Centers
