Service Description

Hello! Thank you so much for your interest in breathwork and scheduling a virtual meeting to discuss this modality and how it can benefit you further. I’m so excited to guide you through this beautiful journey and looking forward to our call! During this time, we'll go over what breathwork is, expectations, whether or not it's right for you, answer any questions you may have, and get your first session scheduled. Please note, this is not a mandatory meeting and you can go straight to booking a session if that's preferable. This space is for those who may need a little support before taking the leap and booking, to be comfortable enough to move forward (or not) with a session. We will always go with what feels right for YOU.


Cancellation Policy

A commitment to yourself and our time together is essential for meeting goals both inside and outside of the breathwork session. To ensure a smooth experience, I kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with my policies: > If you’re running late or miss your appointment… Please call or email me to let me know that you are running behind and you would still like to proceed with your appointment. I allow a 10 minute grace period in which I will wait for you to join our session. Late arrivals will still be able to participate but the session length time will not be extended. Once this grace period has passed, you will be marked as a “no-show”. No-shows will be considered missed appointments and subject to the full out-of-pocket session fee. > If you need to cancel your appointment… I have a 48-hour policy for cancellations for breathwork sessions, meaning you must notify me 2 days in advance. If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel and reschedule as soon as possible. Late cancellations will be subject to the full out-of-pocket session fee. Sessions already paid for are non-refundable. > If you need to reschedule your appointment... Please reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance of your session time. Appointments should be rescheduled within the week before, during, or after your absence if possible, giving you a generous three-week window to make arrangements. This can be done via the link at the bottom of the Calendly confirmation email or you can contact me directly to give me notice of the change needed. Late reschedules will be subject to a 25% out-of-pocket session fee. [Waived Appointment Fees] I appreciate that life can be unpredictable and that's why I offer the flexibility of waiving up to 2 session fees for your appointments per year. If your late cancellation or no-show is due to an unexpected family or clinical emergency such as hospitalization, contagious illness like COVID-19, death in the family, or natural disaster, please contact me immediately to discuss waiving this cancellation fee.
